Ana Clara Napolis is an attorney with five years of experience in the legal field and graduated from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora.
During graduate school, she worked with research initiatives with LGBT communities and indigenous people. Also, is a specialist in Environment and Sustainability, from Fumec University, and holds a LLM. in Energy Law, with a focus on sustainable energy, from Cedin University. Expertise in Civil, Environmental and Administrative Law. Also did an internship in the criminal area, in which she also developed an expertise in environmental crimes.
Previous experience at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Minas Gerais, at the prosecutor's office for the defense of the environment, fauna, and cultural heritage (Caoma). Worked at a Non-Governmental Organization acting in defense of those affected by dams, in the Brumadinho case.
