Anna Lopes is an experienced attorney with practice in strategic dispute resolution for over than seven years in judicial and arbitration strategic litigation, as well as mediation, in one of the biggest Brazilian law firms. Acted in strategic complex disputes concerning civil liability (contractual and noncontractual, individual and collective actions), business law, bankruptcy, and judicial reorganization law – including experience in a transnational dispute to one of the most significant insolvency cases in Latin America – and also acted as a legal consultant to the executive board of administrative members of various national and international companies (pre-litigation assistance).
Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of the Rio de Janeiro State (2015), Post-graduated in Business Law (2019), and currently undergoing Master’s in contemporary civil law and legal practice (2023) by the Catholic Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro State (PUC-Rio).
Member of IX Civil Law Journey in the Commission "Civil Liability" (2022) and of III Business Law Journey in the Commission "Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization" (2019), both promoted by the Center for Judicial Studies of the Council of the Federal Justice.
